摘    要:目的:探讨早期康复治疗对急性脑血管病患者神经功能和日常生活活动(ADL)能力的作用,旨在提高患者的生活能力和生存质量,降低病残率。方法:收集2008年1月至2009年6月在我科住院治疗的患者为研究对象,随机分为康复组和对照组各23例。对照组接受神经科常规药物治疗同时并辅以传统的按摩治疗;康复组在常规神经科药物治疗的同时给予早期康复治疗。治疗之前和治疗3个月后对两组患者均进行神经功能和日常生活活动(ADL)能力评定。结果:治疗3个月后,康复组与对照组的神经功能和ADL均有不同程度改善,康复组改善程度明显优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:早期综合康复治疗可以改善急性脑血管病病人的神经功能,促进瘫痪肢体功能的恢复,提高病人的生活质量。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of early rehabilitation on neurological function and the activities of daily living (ADL) in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease in order to further improve patients’ living ability,life quality and reduce disability rate. Methods:From January 2008 to June 2009 in neurology department,64 patients were randomly divided into rehabilitation group(23 cases) and control group(23 cases). The control group received routine treatment combined with traditional massage therapy;the rehabilitation group received routine treatment combined with early rehabilitative intervention. Neurological function and ADL were assessed before treatment and after 24 months of treatment. Results:Both groups were dramatically improved in neurological function and ADL after 3 months of treatment, and the degree of improvent of rehabilitation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The early rehabilitative intervention can improve neurological function,promote functional recovery and improve quality of life for patients.
