| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨不同类型皮瓣修复手掌部皮肤缺损的临床效果。方法 根据手部皮肤缺损组织不同而选择不同类型皮瓣修复皮肤软组织180例。结果 除10例皮瓣远端部分坏死外,所有皮瓣成活良好。结论 不同皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损能最大限度恢复手的功能和外形。

| Abstract: | Objective To report the different effects of various type of skin flap to repair the skin defect of palm caused by hand injuries. Methods 180 cases of various types of skin flaps were selected according to different tissues of palm skin injured. Results Except 10 cases were suffered with distal skin flap necrosis, others were well developed. Conclusion Various types of skin flap can repair the defect well and restore the function of hand mostly. |
