| 摘 要： | 作对＾５１Ｃｒ标记的蛙红细胞作为放射活性生物微球，测定六甲氧苄嗪（ＨＭＺ）对正常麻醉大鼠各器官局部血流的影响。结果表明，ＨＭＺ０．５和４．０ｍｇ／ｋｇ能明显增加心脏［１３．８±３．１ｖｓ４．２±０．９ｍｌ／（ｇ·ｍｉｎ），Ｐ〈０．０１］和脑［２．９±０．４ｖｓ０．８６±０．４ｍｌ／（ｇ·ｍｉｎ），Ｐ〈０．０１］组织的血流量，肝及肾脏次之，对骨骼肌血流无显影响。在本实验所用剂量下，ＨＭＺ对脑血管
