摘    要:作对^51Cr标记的蛙红细胞作为放射活性生物微球,测定六甲氧苄嗪(HMZ)对正常麻醉大鼠各器官局部血流的影响。结果表明,HMZ0.5和4.0mg/kg能明显增加心脏[13.8±3.1vs4.2±0.9ml/(g·min),P〈0.01]和脑[2.9±0.4vs0.86±0.4ml/(g·min),P〈0.01]组织的血流量,肝及肾脏次之,对骨骼肌血流无显影响。在本实验所用剂量下,HMZ对脑血管
