萋实化瘀汤治疗阳虚痰瘀型胸痹的临床研究

目的观察自拟方萋实化瘀汤治疗阳虚痰瘀型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择符合WHO标准典型劳力性心绞痛病例120例，随机分为治疗组萋实化瘀汤，对照组复方丹参滴丸，疗程3个月，观察对冠心病心绞痛症状，心电图改善情况及硝酸甘油停减率等方面的疗效。结果两组在改善冠心病心绞痛症状，在硝酸甘油停减率，心电图疗效方面均具有其良好的疗效。萋实化瘀汤在改善心绞痛症状，在硝酸甘油停减率，心电图疗效方面疗效更优（P〈0．05）。结论萋实化瘀汤治疗阳虚痰瘀型冠心病心绞痛疗效显着，能明显减少心绞痛的发作，改善临床症状。

Clinical Study of Loushihuayu Soup in Treatment of Obstruction of Qi in Chest Due to Insufficiency of Yang Qi and Phlegm Stagnancy

Objectives To investigate curative effect of self-prepared Loushihuayu Soup in the treatment of coronal artery disease angina due to in- sufficiency of yang Qi and phlegm stagnancy. Method Based on WHO category, 120 cases with typical angina were chosen and were randomly di- vided into experimental and control group. The ex- perimental group was given Loushihuayu Soup and the control group was given compound Danshen Pills respectively. The symptoms of the angina, ECG improvement and reduction of nitroglycerin were observed during the course of the three months. Re- sults Both groups achieved good effect in terms of symptom improvement, reduction of nitroglycerin and ECG, but the experimental group showed better re- suits （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Loushihuayu Soup in the treatment of coronal artery disease--angina is significant. It can reduce frequency of angina attack and improve symptoms greatly.
