高心率患者双源CT冠状动脉成像的质量评价

目的评价高心率患者双源CT冠状动脉成像的图像质量。方法48例高心率（≥90次／min）患者根据心率分成三组，并行冠状动脉CTA检查。以静脉法增强扫描，前置性心电门控数据采集，进行最大密度投影（MIP）、曲面重建（CPR）、容积再现（VR）技术重组，以MIP图像评价冠状动脉管腔，以VR图像5级记分评价图像质量。结果全部患者均成功获得冠状动脉影像，冠状动脉各主要分支显示图像质量优良。部分分支随着心率的提高出现轻中度伪影，但不影响诊断。C组与A、B组间差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论双源CT能够对高心率患者进行冠状动脉成像,并取得满意效果，是一种有发展前途的无创性检查方法。

The image quality of dual-source C tin patients with high heart-rate

Objective To assess the image quality of dual-source CT in patients with high heart-rate. Methods 48 patients with high heart -rate were divided into 3 groups and coronary CT angiography was applied.Enhanced scan,fore-lyinged electrocardiograph （ECG） gating data collection, curved planar reconstruction（ CPR）were carried out . Maximum intensity projections（MIP）was used to evaluate the coronary artery lumens, volume Rendering （VR）was used to evaluate the image quality . Results All the patients had the image of coronary CT angiography successfully , the main branches of coronary showed fine image quality . Some branches showed constructed defect in slight or middle degree , which didn＇ t affect to make a diagnosis. There was significant difference between those in group C and those in group A and B（p〈 0.05）. Conclusions Dual - source CT can make coronary CT angiography for patients with high heart- rate successfully and the images are satisfactory.As a none-invasive method ,it can be widely applied in clinic.
