截囊针旋转晶状体核在手法小切口白内障摘除术的应用

摘    要:目的探讨截囊针旋转晶状体核在手法小切口白内障囊外摘除术的安全性及效果。方法在96例(108眼)白内障患者施行手法小切口白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术,用截囊针完成晶状体核旋转到前房。观察术后视力、术中及术后的并发症。结果 108眼用截囊针将晶状体核顺利旋转至前房。术后视力0.5以上者82眼,0.3-0.5者16眼,0.1-0.25者6眼,0.1以下者4眼。术中后囊破裂6眼。术后角膜水肿12眼,无严重并发症。结论截囊针旋转晶状体核的方法简便、安全、可靠。

Abstract:Objetive To evaluate the safety and effect of rotating lens nucleus with discission needle in manual mini-incision extracapsular cataract extraction. Method 108 eyes from 96 patients with cataract received manual mini-incision extracapsular cataract extraction and IOL implantation. Lens nucleuses have been rotated into anterior chamber with discission needle. The postoperative visual acuity and complication was recorded. Result Lens nucleuses have been rotated into anterior chamber successfully in 108 eyes. Postoperative visual acuity was better than 0.5 in 82 eyes, 0.3-0.4 in 16 eyes, 0.1-0.25 in 6 eyes, less than 0.1 in 4 eyes. Posterior capsule rupture occurred in 6 eyes, while postoperative corneal edema in 12 eyes. There were no serious complications. Conclusion Rotating lens nucleus with discission needle is a convenient, safe, and reliable technique.
