捏脊配合参苓白术颗粒治疗小儿慢性腹泻临床观察

目的观察捏脊疗法配合中药冲剂参苓白术颗粒治疗小儿慢性腹泻临床疗效。方法纳入120例患者,随机分为捏脊配合中药组和中药组,每组各60例。捏脊配合中药组采用捏脊疗法隔日1次,每次15分钟,并配合口服中成药参苓白术颗粒;中药组单纯口服中成药参苓白术颗粒,治疗3个月后观察两组临床疗效。结果捏脊配合中药组60例,治愈40例,有效15例,无效5例,治愈率为66.67%,总有效率为91.67%;中药组60例,治愈17例,有效37例,无效6例,治愈率为28.3%,总有效率为90%,两组疗效有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论推拿配合中药能提高小儿慢性腹泻的临床疗效。

Clinical Observation on the Tr-eatment of Chiropractic Therapy of Children by the Chiropractic Therapy Combined with Shenlinu Baizhu Granule

Objective To observe the clinical effects of children with chronic diarrhea disease （CDD） treated by chiropractic therapy combining with Shenling Baizhu Granule（SBG）. Methods 20 patients suffering with CDD were recruited and divided into chiropractic therapy combining with SBG group treated by chiropractic therapy combining with SBG and SBG group treated by SBG, each group was 60 cases. Results After 3 months＇ therapy, there are significantly different effects in the two groups （ P 〈0. 05）. 40 patients were cured, 15 improved and 5 invalid in chi- ropractic therapy combining with SBG group, the cure rate was 66. 67% and the total effective rate was 91.67% , while in SBG group, 17 cured, 37 improved, 6 non-cffcctivc, 28. 3% cure ratc and 90% total effcctivc rate. Conclusions Chiropractic therapy combining with Shenling Baizhu Granule could promote the clinical effects of CDD.
