海南地区黎族人群血脂水平调查

目的了解海南地区黎族人群的血脂水平,比较其与其他民族之间的差异,分析其与生活方式以及血脂基因多态性之间的关系。方法采用整群抽样和随机抽样的方法 ,选择海南地区黎族人群聚集的黎、汉两民族年龄在20-84岁之间人群各500人进行流行病学调查,按照《血脂测定技术及其标准化的建议》的规定测定血脂4项值[总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）]。资料使用SPSS13.0软件处理。结果黎族人群TC、TG、LDL-C与汉族人群的基本一致,HDL-C水平差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,不同民族同性别中,黎族女性HDL-C水平明显高于汉族女性（P〈0.01）。汉族男性TG值明显高于黎族男性（P〈0.05）,30-39岁和40-49岁两个年龄阶段黎族人群的HDL-C明显高于汉族人群（P〈0.05）。结论海南地区黎、汉族人群血脂水平有显著性差异,其原因可能是海南地区的黎族人群大多生活在经济欠发达的贫困市县,生活水平较低,饮食较为清淡;同时,不同族群之间血脂基因的多态性也可能是其原因之一。

Investigation of Blood Lipide of the Li nationality in Hainan island

Objective To study the blood lipid level of the Li nationality in Hainan island,and compare it between Li nationality and Han nationality,and analyze the effects of the way of life style and the polymorphisms of blood lipid gene on the blood lipid level.Methods The epidemiological study was carried out in a natural population 1000（500 samples from the Li nationality and 500 samples from the Han nationality）individuals aged 30 to 50 years in Hainan area by cluster and random sampling.To measure TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C according to ＂Suggestion on protocol of measuring serum lipdemia and standardization＂,the data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0.Results The levels of TC,TG and LDL-C were similar between Li nationality and Han nationality,and the difference of the levels of HDL-C had statistical significance between two peoples（P〈0.05）.The levels of HDL-C in Li nationality was significantly higher than that in Han nationality among female（P〈0.05）,and the levels of TG in Han nationality was significantly higher than that in Li nationality among male（P〈0.05）.The levels of HDL-C in Li nationality was significantly higher than that in Han nationality in the group of aged 30-39 years and the group of aged 40-49 years（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The difference of the levels of the blood lipid has statistical significance between Li nationality and Han nationality.The reasons may be Li nationality living in the poor area and the difference inpolymorphisms of blood lipid gene.
