主动脉弓离断的超声心动图诊断与分析

目的探讨超声诊断主动脉弓离断(IAA)临床应用价值。方法回顾分析2007年12月至2009年1月在我院初诊为主动脉弓离断的9例患儿的超声心动图特征,并与心血管造影、手术、CT血管成像(CTA)进行对照分析。结果超声诊断为IAA的9例患者,8例经手术或其他影像学方法证实,诊断正确率为88.9%(8/9)。其中A型IAA3例、B型IAA2例、C型IAA3例。误诊的1例经手术诊断为主动脉弓缩窄。结论超声为主动脉弓离断提供了无创、安全、有效的诊断手段,对主动脉弓离断病理解剖和病理生理的全面掌握将有助于提高诊断准确性。

Echocardiographic diagnosis of interrupted aortic arch
