| 摘 要： | 多发性硬化的免疫抑制与免疫调节治疗在一定程度上改变了多发性硬化的长期病程?目前有针对复发-缓解型，继发-进展型，与进展一复发型多发硬化症的治疗方案。本文回顾了近年研究治疗多发性硬化的药物。

| Abstract: | Immunosuppressive and immunomodulatory therapies have been shown to alter to some extent the long-term course of multiple sclerosis (MS). Therapies are currently available for relapsing-remitting MS, secondary progressive MS and progressive relapsing MS. This paper reviews the therapeutic agents that have been studied to treat MS in recent years. |
