| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨颅脑损伤后上消化道出血的预防措施及其治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析196例颅脑损伤后上消化道出血的病例，在治疗原发伤病基础上，采用止血、制酸、保护胃粘膜等对症处理，同时应用阿托品治疗8例；胃镜下治疗3例；胃次全切除术2例。结果：本组病例中，治愈172例，缓解15例，无效3例，死亡6例，其中阿托品治愈6例；胃镜下治愈2例；胃次全切除术治愈1例。结论：预防和治疗的重点是消除颅脑损伤病灶和保护胃粘膜，常规处理方案效果满意，简单、经济且安全有效，但必要时应及时使用特殊治疗手段，以迅速控制病情。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the prevention and treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage complicated by head injury Methods:One hundred and ninety six cases with head injury complicating upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were retrospectively reviewed,basing on managing primary injury,hemostasis,inhibiting acid and protecting gastric mucus were adopted,8 received atropine,3 were treated with focal hemostasis under endoscopy and 2 received partial gastroectomy Results:In this series,172 cases got the expected effect,of whom 6 were treated with atropine,2 with endoscopy and 1 received partial gastroectomy;15 regressed,3 had no change,6 died Conclusion:The focus of prevention and treatment is of injuried head and gastric mucus protection,routine treatment is satisfying,simple,economic,safe and effective.Some special procdure should be carried out in time in order to control the condition |
