摘    要:目的:探讨阶梯式自我管理教育对应用提高接受动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)、持续皮下胰岛素输注(CSII)(简称"双C")治疗糖尿病患者自我效能的影响.方法:对42例接受"双C"治疗的糖尿病患者随机分为实验组和对照组各21例,实验组在Orem自理理论指导下对患者进行阶梯式自我管理教育;对照组采用传统、适时的宣教模式进行教育.结果:入出院时实验组患者自我管理能力、自我效能均高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05).结论:在Orem自理理论指导下对接受双|"C"治疗的糖尿病患者行阶梯式自我管理教育,能够提高患者的自我管理能力和自我效能.
