后颅窝肿瘤的CT表现和鉴别诊断(附41例分析)

目的：了解后颅窝肿瘤的ＣＴ特征性表现。方法：对４１例经手术病理证实的后颅窝肿瘤的ＣＴ表现进行回顾性分析。结果：听神经瘤１２例（３０％），脑膜瘤９例（２２％），转移性肿瘤７例（１７％），星型胶质细胞瘤５例（１２％），室管膜瘤２例，其它髓母细胞瘤，血管母细胞瘤，皮样囊肿，脉络丛乳头状瘤，神经鞘瘤和结核瘤各１例。结论：后颅窝肿瘤缺乏ＣＴ特征性表现，必须综合分析，才能提高诊断正确率。

CT characteristics and differential diagnosis of pasterior cranial fossa tumors

Objective: To study the CT featmes of posterior cranial fossa tumors. Methods: The CT findings of 4l cases 0f posterior fossa tumere verified by operation and Pathofogy were rebepectively analzed. Results: Acoustic nedrinom accouned for l2 cases (30% ), meningioma 9 cases (22% ), metastatic tumor 7 cases (17% ), astwytic gliofna 5 cases (12% ), ependytn0Ina 2 cases. And medull0blastoma,angioblastoma ,dermoid cyst, nendlemom, papilloma 0f chorid Plexus , tuhauloma was l respeChve1y. Conclusions:There are no chunteristic CT featurs of poSerior fossa tumare. To improve the accuray rate of diagnoSis a combnation of the patient's history, age of the Patient, tumor site and imaging data is necessary.
