| 摘 要： | 目的研究该院收治传染病的分布特征,为制定防治措施提供依据。方法根据2008年1月—2013年12月该院传染病的患病信息进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2008年1月—2013年12月该院收治的传染病人中占人数排名前五的病种分别为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、淋病、梅毒和感染性腹泻。同时,医院收治的传染病人数总体上呈上升趋势,其中病例数增加较快的病种主要是淋病和梅毒。淋病、病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒和感染性腹泻多发于20岁以后。流行性腮腺炎、水痘以及麻疹多发于婴幼儿。结论性病的患病人数逐年升高,在今后传染病的防治中应突出重点,有针对性地采取防治措施。
