吉西他滨或多西他赛联合铂类对晚期肺鳞癌的疗效评价

目的观察吉西他滨联合铂类(GP组)和多西他赛联合铂类(DP组)化疗对晚期肺鳞癌的疗效差异。方法 54例肺鳞癌患者分别采用吉西他滨联合铂类、多西他赛联合铂类化疗,每2个周期通过胸部CT评价疗效。结果 GP组和DP组中位生存期分别为11.8月和9.7月,1年生存率分别为48%和20.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床有效率分别为36%和34.4%,临床获益率分别为84%和79.3%,GP方案稍高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两组治疗晚期肺鳞癌疗效相当,但GP方案组表现更好的生存优势。

Gemcitabine or docetaxel combined with platinum efficacy for advanced lung squamous cell carcinoma

Objective To observe the curative etTect of gemcitabine combined with platinum （ GP group） and docetaxel combined with platinum （ DP group） chemotherapy for patients with advanced hmg squamous cell carcinoma. Methods fifty-four cases of squamous cell carcinoma were treated by gemeitabine combined with platinum,or docetaxel combined with platinum chemotherapy. Clinical evaluation was conducted by chest CT every 2 cycles. Results In GP group and DP group,the median survival periods and 1-year survival rates were 11. 8 months vs 9.7 months,48% vs 20.6% , respectively with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05） ; the clinical effective rates and clinical benefit rates were 36% vs 34.4% ,84% vs 79.3% , respectively. The GP scheme was slightly higher, yet there was no statistically significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions Similar curative effect of advanced lung squamous cell carcinoma treatment is achieved in both groups,but the GP group performs better survival advantage.
