安全护理在脑卒中患者康复护理中的应用

目的探讨安全护理在脑卒中患者康复护理中的作用。方法选择2011年6月至2012年5月收住该院的脑卒中患者86例作为对照组,选择2012年6月至2013年5月收住该院的脑卒中患者92例作为观察组,对照组进行常规康复护理,观察组在此基础上实施全面安全护理,比较两组护理不良事件的发生情况。结果观察组护理不良事件发生率明显低于对照组。结论实施安全护理,能有效降低脑卒中患者康复护理中护理不安全事件的发生,确保病人安全,提升医护质量。

Application of security management to rehabilitation nursing of patients with stroke

Objective To investigate the role of security management in the rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients. Methds Eighty-six patients admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from June 2011 to May 2012 were chosen as the control group, and 92 patients with stroke admitted from June 2012 to May 2013were chosen as the observation group. The control group had routine rehabilitation care, while the observation group had comprehensive security management in addition to the routine one. Results Incidence of adverse events was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group. Conclusions Implementation of security management can effectively reduce the occurrence of unsafe incidents, so as to ensure patients＇ safety and improve quality of care.
