| 摘 要： | 目的了解该院抗肿瘤药发生不良反应（ADR）的规律和特点,指导临床安全﹑合理用药。方法对该院2010—2012年上报的抗肿瘤药物ADR报告采用回顾性分析的方法进行研究。结果年龄大于60岁的老年人为多发人群;ADR主要涉及皮肤及其附件;发生ADR的患者少数有既往史,无明显家族史表现;一般ADR主要发生在用药过程中;六大类抗肿瘤药中,以其他类抗肿瘤药发生的ADR例数最多。结论应继续加强ADR的监测力度,为临床合理应用抗肿瘤药提供参考,提高患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To find out the rules and characteristics of adverse drug reactions caused by antineoplastic in The First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College,and to guide safer and more rational use of antineoplastic in clinic. Methods ADR reports of antineoplastic during 2011-2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results ADRs were prone to occur among population older than 60,which were mainly related to the skin and appendages. Some of ADR patients had past history,yet with no obvious family history. ADR occurred mainly in the process of medication. Among six antineoplastics,the＂other items＂antineoplastic occupied the largest number of cases. Conclusions The monitoring of antineoplastic ADR should continue to be strengthened,which may provide a reference for the clinical use and improve the patients＇ quality of life. |
