| 摘 要： | 目的探讨改良局部护理在蛇咬伤救护中的应用价值。方法 2011年4月—2012年10月该院急诊科收治的52例蛇咬伤患者,随机分为两组：对照组为常规救护措施,治疗组为在此基础上早期进行局部针刺排毒。观察两组间局部症状恢复、临床疗效和留院时间的差异。结果治疗组患肢肿胀和疼痛评分均低于对照组;治疗组临床愈显率为92.3%,对照组为76.9%;治疗组和对照组的留院时间则分别为（4.5±1.8）d和（7.1±2.3）d;两组间均具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论改良局部伤口护理在蛇咬伤急救中临床效果显著,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of improved caring for local tissue in the management of snake bites. Methods Fiftytwo patients with snake bites treated in Emergency Department of Lujiang Hospital from April 2011 to October 2012 were randomized into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional therapy,while the treatment group received additional acupuncture with needle in order to dispose venom. The local symptoms,clinical outcome,and duration of hospitalization were compared between the two groups. Results The score of local symptoms was lower in treatment group than that in the control group. The rate of recovery（92. 3%vs 76. 9%,P〈0. 05）,and the duration of hospitalization（4. 5 ± 1. 8 vs 7. 1 ± 2. 3,P〈0. 05） were significant between two groups.Conclusions Improved caring for local tissue can be a noticeable first aid method in the management of snake bites,which is worthy to be widely applied. |
