护理干预联合氧驱动雾化对小儿重症肺炎咳嗽的临床观察研究

目的探讨护理干预联合氧驱动雾化用于小儿重症肺炎咳嗽的临床效果。方法将116例小儿重症肺炎患者随机分为对照组与观察组,两组患儿均接受常规治疗及护理,观察组患儿同时接受氧驱动雾化吸入治疗,并实施针对性的护理措施。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间的改变。结果治疗后观察组治愈率显著高于对照组(95.0%vs 82.1%,P<0.05);观察组患儿咳嗽、喘憋、肺部啰音消失时间、X线正常时间及出院时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3 d观察组患者肺功能指标肺活量(VC)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)及1秒率(FEV1/FVC)显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿重症肺炎患儿接受氧驱动雾化吸入及针对性的护理措施可促进病情恢复、改善临床症状。

Nursing intervention plus oxygen atomizing inhalation in treatment of children with severe pneumonia cough

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention plus oxygen atomizing inhalation on treatment of children with severe pneumonia cough.Methods A hundred and sixteen children with severe pneumonia were randomly assigned into control group and experiment group.Both groups received routine treatment and nursing.Meanwhile,experiment group was given oxygen atomizing inhalation plus pertinence nursing procedure.Clinical effect and time of clinical symptom alleviations were compared between two groups. Results The cure rate of experiment group was much higher than that in control group（95.0%vs 82.1%,P〈0.05）;The disappearance time of cough,wheezes and lung rale,the time of X ray recovery and hospital discharge in experiment group were much shorter than those in control group（P〈0.05）.VC,FVC,FEV1 and FEV1 /FVC 3 days after treatment in experiment group were superior to those in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Oxygen atomizing inhalation plus pertinence nursing procedure for children with severe pneumonia cough greatly alleviate clinical symptoms and improve the recovery of disease.
