托吡酯与左乙拉西坦单药治疗癫痫患儿的疗效及安全性分析

目的评价托吡酯(TPM)与左乙拉西坦(LEV)在临床上单药治疗儿童癫痫的疗效及安全性。方法 2009年2月至2013年6月于该院就诊的90例癫痫患儿随机分为两组,每组45例,分别予TPM、LEV治疗,并定期随访,观察两组18个月后的治疗情况。结果 18个月后,TPM组的总有效率为84.4%,LEV组的总有效率为82.2%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。副反应:TPM组有7例(15.6%),以体重减轻和低热为主,其次为脑力受损、食欲不振;而LEV组有8例(17.8%),主要以食欲不振和易怒为主,其次为低热和无力,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 TPM与LEV单药治疗儿童癫痫疗效及安全性无明显差异。

Efficacy and safety of topiramate and levetiracetam monotherapy for epilepsy children

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of topiramate and levetiracetam monotherapy for epilepsy children. Methods Ninety children diagnosed as epilepsy who received treatment from February 2009 to June 2013 were assigned into topiramate monotherapy group（n = 45） and levetiracetam monotherapy group（ n = 45） to compare the clinical efficacy and safety after 18 months of treatment. Results The total clinical efficacies in topiramate monotherapy group and levetiracetam monotherapy group were not significantly different （84.4% vs 82.2% ,P 〉 0.05 ） ;the complication rate in topiramate monotherapy group was 15.6% , mainly weight loss and fever followed by brain damage and loss of appetite while the complication rate in levetiracetam rnonotherapy group was 17.8%, mainly loss of appetite and irritability followed by fever and fatigue, which had no significant differences in both groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Couchtsions There is no significant difference between the topiramate and levetiracetam monotherapy for epilepsy in efficacy and safety.
