| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the development of near infrared spectral technology,production and testing process,the features of modern near infrared spectrum technology,the application of near infrared spectral technology in grain,edible oil,meat,dairy products,fruits and vegetables,tea and other food safety as well as limitations and existing problems in the application and inspection. |
