摘    要:简要介绍了近红外光谱技术的发展历程,产生及测定过程,现代近红外光谱技术的特点以及近红外光谱技术在粮食、食用油、肉类、乳制品、果蔬、茶叶等食品安全方面的应用和检测中的局限性以及存在问题。

Abstract:This paper briefly introduces the development of near infrared spectral technology,production and testing process,the features of modern near infrared spectrum technology,the application of near infrared spectral technology in grain,edible oil,meat,dairy products,fruits and vegetables,tea and other food safety as well as limitations and existing problems in the application and inspection.
