| 摘 要： | 目的观察窄谱中波紫外线(NBUVB)治疗白癜风的安全性及临床疗效。方法 48例临床确诊白癜风患者,每周接受NBUVB治疗3次,共治疗12周。治疗结束后第6个月进行随访,评价临床疗效及安全性。结果 48例患者痊愈7例,显效29例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率为75%。结论 NBUVB治疗白癜风是一种有效且安全的疗法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the narrow-band ultraviolet B （NB-UVB）in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods Forty-eight patients with vitiligo were treated by a NB-UVB （311 nm）which was performed three times per week,and continued totally for 1 2 weeks.Follow-ups were scheduled on 6 months after the treatment.The therapeutic effect and safety were evaluated.Results Among the patients,the clinical efficacy was as follows：fully recovery in 7 cases,significant improvement in 29 cases, moderate improvement in 9 cases.The total response rate was 75%.Conclusions The clinical data demonstrate that NB-UVB is a safe,effective and convenient method for treatment of vitiligo. |
