基层医院医务人员手卫生现状调查

目的了解基层医务人员手卫生状况,为做好手卫生管理提供依据。方法采用棉拭涂抹采样和细菌检测方法对部分基层医疗机构医务人员手卫生质量进行了检测。结果该医院病房医务人员在医疗操作中洗手率为55%,门诊医务人员洗手率仅39.8%。护士的洗手率为65.98%,医生的洗手率仅为28.30%;护士能自觉遵守六步法洗手规定的只有26.8%,医生只有8.5%。结论该医院医护人员在医疗操作中能自觉注意手部卫生者比较少,即便进行洗手也不能按规定的操作步骤进行,需要加强教育和管理。

SURVEY OF PRESENT SITUATION OF HAND HYGIENE OF MEDICAL STAFFS IN BASIC HOSPITAL
