肺结核患者治疗依从性及其影响因素分析

目的研究肺结核患者的治疗依从性情况,分析其影响因素。方法自制调查问卷,对门诊就诊曾服用抗结核药物的256例肺结核患者进行调查问卷和深入访谈,统计和分析肺结核患者治疗依从性情况及影响因素。结果 256例肺结核患者中,有77.34%的患者能够长期坚持规则的肺结核治疗,19.14%的患者存在漏服药的情况,3.51%的患者擅自中断治疗。影响肺结核患者的治疗依从性的因素有患者的性别、年龄、受教育程度、家庭经济情况、对结核病的认知程度、接受结核病防治知识程度、患者的病情情况等。结论加强对肺结核患者的防治认知教育、重视各医院对于肺结核患者的督导治疗,是提高肺结核患者治疗依从性的重要方法和措施。

Analysis of Treatment Compliance of Tuberculosis Patients and Influ- encing factors

Objective To study the treatment compliance of patients with tuberculosis, and analyze its in- fluence factors. Methods A self-designed questionnaire used in outpatients who had taken antitubercu- lous drugs in 256 patients with tuberculosis was questionnaired and the patients were deeply inter- viewed,Treatment compliance of patients with tuberculosis and its influencing factors was analyzed.Re- sults In 256 patients with tuberculosis,77.34% of patients can be long-term adherence to the rules in the treatment of tuberculosis, 19.14% patients missed medication, 3.51% patients without interruption of treatment. Treatment compliance factors in tuberculosis patients are gender, age, level of education, family economic conditions, the cognition degree, accept the knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and control level, the condition of patients with conditions. Conclusion Strengthening prevention and treat- ment of cognitive education in patients with tuberculosis, attaching importance to the hospital for tuber- culosis patients observed treatment,is to improved the compliance of patients with tuberculosis in im-portant ways and measures.
