| 摘 要： | 探讨中西医结合疗法对急性心肌梗死冠状动脉现通的影响。方法４６例ＡＭＩ患者随机分为２组,心痛灵与尿激酶合用作为治疗组（２６例）,对照组（２０例）,单用尿激酶,比较２例治疗后冠脉再通率。结果：冠脉再通率对照组为４５．０,治疗组为８０．８％,２组比较有显著性差异;冠脉再通指征阳性发生率治疗组均明显高于对照组;

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of
integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy on patency rate of the
infarctrelated coronary arteries with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods46 cases with AMI were randomly
divided into two groups.The treatment group (n=26) was treated combined with Xintongling(心痛灵) pills and urokinase,and
the control group (n=20) was treated with urokinase only.After therapy the infarctrelated
coronary arteries between two groups was compared.ResultsThe patency rate of the
infarctrelated coronary arteries in the treatment group(80.8％) was significantly higher than that (45.0％) in the control group
(P<0.05).The treatment group appeared more than the control group in reducing and
dispersing chest pain,recovering ST and reperfused arrhythmia,advancing peak of enzymatic
indication (glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase and creatine phosphokinase).ConclusionsCombined with the Xintongling and
urokinase is effective in the intravenous thrombolysis of acute myocardial infarction,and
it can recover reperfused arrhythmia. |
