| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹膜播散性平滑肌瘤病(LPD)的临床病理特点。方法通过对6例LPD的临床病理分析,探讨该病的组织发生、临床表现、病理形态特点、诊断及鉴别诊断、治疗、预后等。结果肿瘤在腹腔内呈多发性结节状生长并突出于腹膜表面,显微镜下观察肿瘤的瘤细胞呈束,相互垂直交错排列,除其发生部位和生长方式不同外,其他组织学改变类似于普通平滑肌瘤。结论LPD是发生于腹腔内的良性平滑肌增生性病变,可结合发生部位、生长方式、组织形态等确诊,注意与分化好的平滑肌肉瘤相鉴别。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical and pathological features of leiomyomatosis peritonealis disseminata(LPD).Methods By investigating LPD in six cases,the tissue origin,clinical and pathological features,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,treatment and prognosis were discussed.Results The tumors showed nodes protruding from the peritoneum surface in the abdomen.Microscopically,the neoplasm was composed of smooth muscle cells which arranged in facular pattern.Conclusion LPD is a benign proliferation of smooth muscle that occurs in the abdomen and is distinguished from well differential leiomyosarcomas. |
