| 摘 要： | 创伤后机体能量代谢发生剧烈变化,直接影响到患者的营养状态.营养支持与创伤关系重大,它是创伤修复的关键因素之一.本文综述了创伤应激状态下代谢改变特点、营养支持途径、支持时机和特殊营养物质的作用,同时也总结了营养支持治疗存在的问题.
