摘    要:目的:研究L-精氨酸(L-Arg)对家兔内源性一氧化氮(NO)释放和血液流变性的影响。方法:将家兔随机分为L-Arg组和对照组,L-Arg组静脉给予 L-Arg15mg/kg。自兔耳中动脉取血,测定血浆NO含量和血液流变学各项指标。结果:静脉给予L-Arg后,血浆NO含量显著升高,其峰值在给药后2h;全血粘度、体外血栓形成、血小板聚集率和红细胞聚集显著降低,红细胞变性能力显著增加。但L-Arg在体外对血液流变性无明显作用。结论:1-Arg通过促进内源性NO释放而改善血液流变性。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of L-arginine(L-Arg) on endogenous nitric oxide(NO) release and hemorheolopy in rabbits. Method: The rabbits were randomly divided into a L-Arg group and a control group. L-Arg 15 mg/kg was injected to L-Arg group. Blood samples were taken fm the central auricular artery of rabbits. The plasma NO contents and hemorheological indexes were determined. Results: After injected L-Arg, the plasma NO contents were increased markedly and peaked at 2 h, the blood viscosity, thrombois in vitro, platelet aggregation and red blood cell aggregation were decreased obviously, and red blood cell deformation were enhanced. But LArg had No obvious effect on hemorhthey in vitro. Conclusion: L-Arg obviously improves the hemorrheology in rabbits through promoting endogenous nitric oxide release in vivo.
