超声及CT诊断膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤

目的探讨超声及CT诊断膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤的价值。方法分析经病理证实的6例膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤的超声及CT表现。结果灰阶超声（n=6）示膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤呈中低回声团块，形态较规则，边界清晰，其内部回声不均匀；彩色多普勒示病灶内部血供丰富；CEUS（n=4）示膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤呈高强度灌注，并且与膀胱壁同步，灌注较均匀，未见明显充盈缺损。CT（n=5）示膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤呈软组织密度影，密度较均匀，边界清晰，增强后明显强化。结论膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤超声及CT表现具有一定特征性，有助于其临床诊断。

Ultrasound and CT in diagnosing pheochromocytoma of urinary bladder

Objective To explore the value of ultrasound (US) and CT in diagnosing pheochromocytoma of urinary bladder.Methods Ultrasound and CT findings of 6 patients with pathologically proved bladder pheochromocytoma were retrospectively analyzed.Results US (n=6) showed that the bladder pheochromocytoma were isoechoic or hypoechoic masses with regular shape and sharp boundary, the internal echo of mass were nonhomogeneous. The tumors usually had rich blood flow in CDFI, high strengthening synchronous with bladder wall and homogeneous infusion with no obvious filling defect in CEUS (n=4). CT (n=5) demonstrated homogeneous soft tissue density masses with clear boundary and greatly enhanced after administration of contrast agent.Conclusion Bladder pheochromocytoma has some ultrasonic and CT features, which are helpful to diagnosis.
