电子申请单在医院的设计及应用

目的：分析电子申请单在医院医生和检查科室间的业务流程中所发挥的作用。方法：采用Sysbase公司的DataWindow Designer工具设计电子申请单，嵌入医生站和终端确认系统。利用医生站为病人开立电子申请，终端确认收取病人检查费用。结果：医院使用了电子申请单，实现了检查申请的无纸化，减少病人做检查过程中多次排队和候诊的时间，给医生和病人带来了极大的便利。结论：电子申请单适合在医院推广应用，能提高医院的工作效率和经济效益，增强医院市场竞争力。

Design and Application of Electronic Application Form in Hospital

Objective：To analyze the role of electronic application form in the business process of doctors and inspection departments. Methods： DataWindow Designer of Sysbase is used to design the electronic application form. It is embedded into doctor station and terminal confirmation system. Doctor station is used to establish electronic application for the patients. The terminal confirms and collects inspection fee of patients. Results： The hospital uses the electronic application form to realize the paperless inspection application and reduce patients＇ multiple queuing and waiting time during inspection, which brings great convenience to doctors and patients. Conclusion：The electronic application form is suitable for popularization and application in the hospital. It can improve the work efficiency and economic benefits of the hospital, and improve the hospital＇s market competitiveness.
