数字化（DR）摄影在胸部创伤中的应用

胸部创伤是临床常见创伤性疾病,包括肋骨骨折、气胸、血气胸及肺挫伤。X线摄片对胸部各类创伤基本都能显示,但普通X线由于受曝光剂量等各种投照因素的影像,获得的图像对比度欠佳,且不能进行图像后处理,对一些肋骨骨折及微量气胸、纵隔气肿等容易漏诊。而数字化（DR）摄片通过能量减影以及图像后处理,对胸部创伤的诊断有很大的优越性。

Chest trauma is a common clinical traumatic diseases,including rib fractures,pneumothorax,blood pneumothorax and lung contusion.X-ray of the chest can show the basic types of trauma,but normal X ray exposure dose due to a variety of factors,projection images,obtained poor image contrast,and can not carry out image post-processing,for some rib fractures and trace pneumothorax,mediastinal emphysema and other easily missed.The digital（DR） by energy subtraction radiography and image post-processing,the diagnosis of chest trauma have great advantages.
