中青年人脑出血患者的血脂分析

目的 探讨血脂与中青年人脑出血的关系。方法 检测了80例中青年人脑出血患者及80例对照者的甘油三酯(TG)总胆固醇(TC)高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)，低密度脂蛋白固醇(LDL—C)。载脂蛋白A—I(ApoA—I)，载脂蛋白B100(ApoB100)和脂蛋白(a)[LP(a)]血清含量。结果 中青年人脑出血患者的甘油三酯，总胆固醇、载脂蛋白B100水平均显著高于对照组。结论 血清中甘油三酯、总胆固醇、载脂蛋白B100升高等血脂代谢异常为中青年人脑出血的危险因素。

Serum lipids in mid-adults and young adults with cerebral naemorrhage

Objective To elucidate the ralationship between blood lipid level and stroke in the mid-adults and young adults.Methods The serum concentrations of triglyceride (TG),Total cholesterol (TC),high-clensity lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C),apolipoprotein A-I (ApoA-I),apolipoprotein B100 (ApoB100) and lipoprotein (a) were measured in 80 patients with stroke and 80 normal control subjects.Results The abnormal rates and levels TG.TC and ApoB100 in mid-adults and young adults with cerbral haemorrhage were significantly higer then those in the controls.Conclusions It suggests that disturbance of blood lipids metabolism (high seurm TG.TC and Apo100) should be a risk factor for cerebral haemorrhage in mid-adults and young adults.
