| 摘 要： | 江苏省于1999年利用麻疹专报系统开展了麻疹监测工作，结果表明全省麻疹病例仍主要集中在＜15岁年龄组，但成人麻疹发病已占有相当比例。1999年专报系统确诊的687例麻疹病例中，有免疫史、无免疫史及免疫史不详者均占有一定比例。全年专报系统报告的麻疹病例比常规传染病报告的多，但是迟报较严重，为此应进一步完善麻疹实验室监测网络 以及时控制麻疹。

| Abstract: | Measles surveillant work was conducted in 1999 in Jiangsu Province.The results showed that most of the cases were below 15 years old, besides measles often occurred in adults. In 1999,687 cases of measles were confirmed by the specific system, wich comprised immunized history cases, non-immunized history cases and unclear immunized history cases. Though more cases were reported by the specific reporting system than the routine system, the problem focus on delayed reporting cases. So, it is needed to perfect measles lab network further and control measles timely. |
