| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠心病合并2型糖尿病心功能不全血浆B型钠尿肽水平(BNP)变化的意义。方法采用免疫荧光法测定63例冠心病合并2型糖尿病心功能不全(观察组)及62例冠心病心功能不全患者(对照组)血浆的BNP水平,并用心脏超声测定左室射血分数(LVEF)数值,以了解左心室功能,然后对两组数据进行临床对比分析。结果观察组BNP水平明显高于对照组,而观察组LVEF值低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间更长。结论观察组BNP水平、LVEF值与对照组比较有统计学意义。因此,对冠心病合并2型糖尿病心功能不全患者,可以通过血浆BNP水平的测定,早期准确地诊断心力衰竭及判断心衰分级,以利于临床上及时有效地调整治疗方案,尽早纠正心衰,缩短住院时间,减少病死率。
