| 摘 要： | 通过对我国现行医疗保险统筹基金管理现状进行分析，阐述突发公共卫生事件对医疗保险统筹基金应急管理的影响，并就如何加强医疗保险统筹基金应急管理，完善医疗保险应急资金统筹渠道，建立医保专项准备金评估拨付机制等方面提出一些思路。

| Abstract: | The article focuses on medical insurance fund management in public health emergency circumstance. The status of medical insurance fund management was discussed and the influences of public health emergency events in medical insurance fund emergency management were analyzed. The thoughts on medical insurance fund emergency management involve that building a capital chain of medical insurance system, improving the emergency capital appraisal of medical insurance, organizing a medical insurance fund committee for outburst public health event and intensified emergency capital audit. |
