| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨2型糖尿病肾病患者(DN)血清肿瘤坏死因子、同型半胱氨酸水平变化在肾病发生、发展过程中的作用。方法:分别应用放射免疫、荧光法测定70例糖尿病肾病患者和60例正常人进行了血清TNF、Hcy的含量。结果:糖尿病肾病患者血清中TNF和Hcy水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01)。结论:TNF、Hcy均通过一系列复杂的机制参与了DN的发生和发展,它们对DN的预防和治疗将有重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the changes of serum levels of tumor necrosis factor(TNF) and homocysteine(Hcy) in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods: Serum TNF(with RIA)and Hcy(with electrochemiluminescence)contents were determined in 70 patients and 60 controls(P<0.01).Conclusion: TNF and Hcy were involved in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy,and determination of which were of diagnostic and prognostic value in clinical practice. |
