骨质疏松患者腰背痛情况的临床调查

调查了２４７名老年性骨质疏松患者，分析其慢性腰背痛的临床特征及其相关因素。结果揭示骨质疏松患者的腰背痛主要表现为下腰及腰骶部的钝性疼痛，久坐或久站后加重，卧床休息后缓解或减轻。腰背痛的程度、频率与锥体变形程度有密切关系。作者认为腰背痛可能并非由骨质疏松本身引起，而来自于继发的椎体变形。

Back pain associated with osteoporosis

A seris of 247 patients with senile osteoporosis were analysed to investigate the clinical characteristics of chronic back pain in osteoporotic patients and related factors. The pain was described as dull, in lumbar or lumbosacral region, usually aggravated by prolonged sitting or standing, and relieved by resting in bed. The severity and frequency of back pain were related to the degree of deformity of the vertebral body. The back pain might unlikely be due to the osteoporotic process itself, and is probably caused by deformity of the vertebral body secondary to osteoporosis.
