慢性心力衰竭患者血浆N末端脑钠肽前体浓度与心电图QTc相关性研究

目的 探讨慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者N末端脑钠肽前体（NT-proBNP）浓度与心电图QTc的关系.方法 选择2012年12月至2013年4月在我院住院的CHF患者90例.根据测定NT-proBNP值的不同将患者分为4组,对组间各项指标进行比较.结果 随着NT-proBNP水平升高,QTc及QTd增大,＞4200 pg/ml组与＜450 pg/ml组相比,QTc及QTd明显增加,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.QTc及QTd与NT-proBNP浓度呈直线正相关（P＜0.01）.结论 随着NT-proBNP浓度升高,CHF患者QTc延长、QTd增加,两者联合可以提高对CHF患者不良预后的预测.

Correlation between plasma concentrations of NT-proBNP and QTc of ECG in patients with congestive heart failure

Objective To study the correlation between plasma concentrations of NT-proBNP and QTc of ECG in patients with congestive heart failure. Methods A total of 90 CHF patients in our hospital from December 2012 to April 2013 were enrolled in this study,which were divided into 4 groups according to the different plasma concentrations of NT-proBNP. And compared to the indicators among the four groups. Results The value of QTc and QTd increased with NT-proBNP levels, compared between the groups of the plasma concentrations of NT-proBNP which greater than 4200 pg/ml with less than 450 pg/ml,the value of QTc and QTd was significantly increased. And the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. That cor- relation between the value of QTc and QTd with the plasma concentrations of NT-proBNP was positive linear correlation, and the correlation was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The value of QTc and QTd increased with NT-proBNP levels of the congestive heart failure patients, and the combination detection of QTc and NT-proBNP levels can improve the prediction of the bad prognosis in the patients with CHF.
