血浆血红素氧合酶1、氧化低密度脂蛋白水平与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度的关系

摘    要:目的 探讨血浆HO-1及ox-LDL水平与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度的关系.方法 根据冠脉造影结果选择126患者作为研究对象,其中对照组36例、冠心病组90例.冠心病组根据病变支数又分为单支病变27例、双支病变30例及多支病变33例.检测各组血浆HO-1及ox-LDL水平并计算Gensini积分.结果 ①冠心病组ox-LDL水平及Gensini积分明显高于对照组,而HO-1水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01).②血浆ox-LDL水平及Gensini积分随着病变血管数增加而升高,HO-1则明显降低(P<0.01).③ox-LDL水平与Gensini积分呈正相关(r=0.89,P<0.01),而HO-1与ox-LDL水平(r=-0.80,P<0.01)及Gensini 积分(r=-0.76,P<0.01)均呈负相关.结论 血浆HO-1与ox-LDL水平密切相关,二者与冠脉病变程度相关,可作为冠心病患者冠脉病变程度的预测指标.

Relationship between plasma heme oxygenase-1, oxidized low density lipoprotein and coronary artery lesions in patients with coronary heart diseases

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma heme oxygenase-1, oxidized low density ]ipoprotein and coronary artery lesions in patients with coronary heart diseases. Methods According to the results of coronary angiography, 126 cases were divided into CHD group(90 cases) and control group(36 cases). According to the number of vessels involved, CHD group was subdivided into one-vessel group (27 cases), two- vessel group (30 eases), multi-vessel group (33 cases). The plasma heine oxygenase-1, oxidized low density lipoprotein were measured in these cases respectively and Gensini's score of coronary stenosis were calculated. Re- suits (1)The plasma oxidized low density lipoprotein level and Gensini's score in CHD group were higher than those in control significantly, while heme oxygenase-1 was significantly lower (P〈0.01). (2)The plasma oxidized low density 1-ipoprotein level and Gensini's score was significantly increased with the number of vessels involved, while heme oxygenase-I was significantly different decreased with the number of vessels involved(P〈0.01 ). (3)We also found that The plasma oxidized low density lipoprotein level were positively correlated with the Gensini's score (r=0.89, P〈0.01) and The plasma HO-1 level were negatively correlated with the plasma oxidized low density lipoprotein level(r=-0.76, P〈0.01) and Gensini's score(r=-0.80,P〈0.01). Condusion The plasma oxidized low density lipoprotein level is intimately correlated with the plasma HO-1 level. The plasma HO-1 and oxidized low density lipoprotein level in patients with CHD is closely correlated with the severity of coronary artery stenosis, so the plasma HO-1 and oxidized low density lipoprotein level can be used as a predictors for assessing the severi- ty of coronary artery stenosis.
