| 摘 要： | CD44基因及其产物CD44蛋白在胃癌的发生、发展、转移和预后中起一定作用，CD44V可作为一项预测胃癌转移潜能的生物学指标。检测血清CD44蛋白浓度对指导术后综合治疗有一定意义。

| Abstract: | CD44 gene and CD44 protein play an important role in the development,advancment,metastasis and prediction of gastric cancer.CD44 may serve as a biological indicator predicting the metastasis potential in gastric cancer.The detection of serum CD44 protein shows the dictinct significance in guiding the combination treatment after operation. |
