| 摘 要： | 本文报道22例地方性克汀病与亚临床型地方性克汀病,经神经电生理检查发现:脑电图异常改变为慢波化;听觉脑干诱发电位及视觉诱发电位异常改变为峰潜伏期延长;肌电图异常改变为运动单位电位低电位短时限。其机制不完全清楚,有待进一步研究。

| Abstract: | In order to study the neuro-electrophysiological changes of endemic cretinism and subclinical endemic cretinism, we examined 22 patients among the inhabitants of Huangshan area and Chaohu prefecture, Anhui Province by means of EEG, Brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP), visual evoked potantial (VEP), electromyogrphy (EMG) in Oct. 1986. The results showed that slow wave in EEG delayed spike latency of BAEP and the obvious fatigue of proximal musculi in EMG were characteristic. The abnormal change of neuroelectrophysiology is probably due to iodine and thyroid hormone deficiency during embryo-period and neonatal period. Mechanism leading to the abnormal change of EMG remains to be further thrashed out. |
