大学新生生活事件与心理健康的相关研究

目的:探讨生活事件对大学新生心理健康的影响,为有效提高大学新生的心理健康水平提供依据。方法:用生活事件问卷和一般健康问卷(GHQ-12)对270名新生进行测试,进行频数统计、相关分析和分层回归分析。结果:大学新生心理健康状况存在城乡差异(P<0.05);生活事件对心理健康水平有重大影响(P<0.001);对自己的外貌不满意、不知如何与人相处、不喜欢上学及对所学专业不感兴趣对新生的心理健康作用显著(P<0.05、0.001、0.001、0.01)。结论:重视新生的心理健康问题,应充分考虑生活事件对其心理健康的影响作用。

A correlation study between life events and mental health of freshmen

Objective: To explore the influence of life events on mental health among freshmen,and to provide bases for improving mental health status of freshmen.Methods: 270 freshmen were examined with Life Events Questionnaire and General Health Questionnaire(GHQ-12),the reuslts of which were analyzed with frequency statistic,correlation analysis and hierarchical multiple regression.Results: There was the difference of mental health status between freshmen from cities and countryside(P<0.05);the life events of freshmen affected their mental health(P<0.001);"Dissatisfy with their own appearance","does not know how to communicate with others","dislike to go to school","has no interest in their own specialty" had significantly effect on their mental health(P<0.05、0.001、0.001、0.01).Conclusion: More importance should be attached to the mental health problem of freshmen,their specific life events should be taken into consideration.
