c-Jun与c-Fos原癌基因在喉鳞癌组织中的表达及临床意义

目的研究c-Jun、c-Fos原癌基因在喉鳞癌（laryngeal squamons cell carcinoma,LSCC）组织中的表达及意义,探讨c-Jun、c-Fos原癌基因与喉鳞癌发生、发展及其预后的关系。方法收集手术切除的60例喉鳞状细胞癌组织、20例喉不典型增生组织和10例喉正常组织标本,用免疫组化法测定cJun、c-Fos蛋白在3组标本中的定位及其表达情况,结合临床资料对喉鳞癌发生、发展及预后与c-Jun、c-Fos原癌基因表达之间的关系进行分析。结果 ① c-Jun蛋白、c-Fos蛋白阳性反应在喉鳞癌组织中的表达高于喉不典型增生组织和癌旁喉正常黏膜组织表达;②c-Jun蛋白、c-Fos蛋白在喉鳞癌中表达的阳性率与病理分型、临床分型、临床分期、有无淋巴结转移有关（P〈0.05）,与年龄、性别无关（P〉0.05）;③在喉鳞癌组织中原癌基因c-Jun和c-Fos的表达呈正相关（r=0.5617,P=0.000）。结论原癌基因c-Jun和c-Fos在促进喉鳞癌的发生、发展、侵袭、转移中可能发挥重要作用。

Expression and its significance of proto-oncogenes c-Jun and c-Fos in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma

Objective To detect the expression of proto-oncogenes c-Jun and c-Fos in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma（ LSCC） and to study their relationship with the development and biological behavior of the tumor. Methods 60 paraffin-embedded specimens of LSCC,20 of laryngeal atypical hyperplasia tissue,and 10 of normal laryngeal tissue were investigated individually by immunohistochemical method of S-P to observe the localization and expression of c-Jun and c-Fos proto-oncogene. And then,the relationships between c-Jun,c-Fos and clinical factors including patients ＇age and sex,differentiation,clinical stages,TNM stages and lymphnode metastasis of the tumor were analyzed. Results ① The expression rates of oncogene c-Jun, c-Fos in the specimens of LSCC（ 68.33%,73. 33%） were higher than those in the specimens of laryngeal atypical hyperplasia（ 40%,45%）and normal laryngeal tissue（ 0%,0%） respectively（ all（ P〈0. 05）. ② The expression of c-Jun and c-Fos in tumor had significant differences among different histological types,clinical stages,and status of lymphnode metastasis（ all P〈0. 05）,but had insignificant differences among patients＇ sex and age（ P〈0. 05）. ③In tumor tissue,the expression of c-Jun was positively correlated to that of c-Fos（ r = 0. 5617,P = 0. 000）. Conclusion Proto-oncogenes c-Jun and c-Fos may play an important role in pathogenesis,development,invasion and metastasis of LSCC.
