摘    要:目的:探讨微种植体支抗用于埋伏牙及错位牙牵引的可行性。方法:选取20例单侧发生的埋伏牙及错位牙患者,通过微种植体支抗提供牵引力,将患牙移动到牙列中,并观察牙根吸收情况。结果:埋伏牙及错位牙在微种植体支抗提供的牵引力作用下,均移动至牙列中,排列整齐,咬合关系较好;5例患牙牙根发生轻度吸收,15例牙根未见吸收。结论:将微种植体用作埋伏牙及错位牙矫治过程中的牵引支抗,是矫正该类错牙合的一种有效方法。

Application analysis of micro-implant anchorage in treating impacted teeth and dislocated teeth

Abstract:Objective To explore the possibility of using micro- implant anchorage to treat impacted teeth and dislocated teeth. Methods Electing 20 cases with impacted teeth and dislocated teeth in one side of the dental arch,move the teeth into the proper position of the arch using the orthodontic force provided by micro- implant anchorage and observe the absorption of top root. Results All impacted teeth and dislocated teeth are pulled into the arch by using micro- implant anchorage, in a alignment and with a well occlusion. Slightly top root absorption were found in 5 cases,nor were other 15 cases. Conclusion It's an effective method to treat impacted teeth and dislocated teeth by using micro- implant anchorage.
