摘    要:目的探讨CO2激光联合等离子射频消融术治疗早期声门型喉癌的方法及疗效。方法利用CO2激光联合等离子射频消融术治疗26例无淋巴结转移的早期声门型喉癌(Tis-T1),其中Tis 8例,T1a11例,T1b7例。结果 CO2激光联合等离子射频消融术手术时间短,术中出血量少,瘤体切除彻底,均未行管切开,术后反应轻微,无并发症出现。所有患者术后随访9个月至3年,未见肿瘤复发。结论 CO2激光联合等离子射频消融术可以微创、有效的治疗早期声门型喉癌。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the method and curative effect of CO2 laser combined with plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of early glottic carcinoma. Methods CO2 laser combined with plasma radiofrequency ablation were adopted for the surgical treatment of early glottic carcinoma in 26 cases. Lymph node metastasis was not detected in all the 26 cases. As for the T stages, 8 were Tis, 11 were Tla and 7 were Tlb. All the patients were followed up for 9 months to three years postoperatively. Tracheotomy was performed in none of them. Results This surgical method had advantages of short operation time, little bleeding, thorough tumor excision, mild postoperative reaction, and no severe complications. Recurrence occurred in none of the 26 patients during the follow- up period. Conclusion CO2 laser combined with plasma radiofrequency ablation can be used in effective and minimally invasive treatment of glottic carcinoma.
