| 摘 要： | 目的:评价皮内注射肝素钠治疗睑黄瘤的临床疗效,总结治疗体会。方法:32例睑黄瘤患者,给予肝素钠皮内注射,每周1次,观察皮疹变化情况。结果:32例患者分别给予注射2~10次,平均(5.72±2.66)次。总有效率100%,痊愈率90.63%。所有患者治疗后除轻度眼睑水肿外无不良反应。随访6~20个月,复发率9.38%。结论:肝素钠治疗睑黄瘤的疗效显著,经济安全,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of heparin sodium intradermal injections xanthoma palpebrarura,and summarize treatment experience.Methods 32 patients with xanthoma palpebrarura were treated using heparin sodium intradermal,once a week.Results 32 patients were treated 2～10 times,the average （5.72±2.66）.Total effective rate was 100%,and the recovery rate was 90.63%.All of the patients after treatment appear mild eyelid edema,without other adverse reactions.All of the patients were followed up for 6～20 months,the recurrence rate was 9.38%.Conclusion The curative effect of heparin sodium in the treatment of xanthoma palpebrarura is significant.the treatment is economic and security,and is worth promoting. |
