正畸联合修复疗法在牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形中的应用

目的:探讨在牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形中应用正畸联合修复疗法的疗效。方法:选择2012年1月~2014年3月我院收治的78例牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的患者作为观察对象,并将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各39例,其中对照组仅施以修复治疗法,治疗组采用正畸联合修复疗法进行治疗,观察患者的恢复情况及患者对治疗的满意度。结果:治疗组总有效率为100.0%,39例均取得了良好的治疗效果,明显高于对照组的94.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.0240.05),而且治疗组中的显效例数显著高于对照组(P=0.001),具有统计学差异;由于治疗组是做了正畸和修复两个治疗,因此在恢复时间上明显比对照组长(P=0.0260.05);治疗组患者的满意度为97.4%,高于对照组的84.6%,且差异均具有显著性(P=0.0480.05)。结论:正畸联合修复治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的临床应用效果显著,是治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的较理想方案,值得临床推广应用。

Orthodontic repair therapy application defect with malocclusion in tooth

Objective To explore the curative effect of defect with dental application of orthodontic jaw deformity in joint repair therapy in dentition. Methods 78 cases of 2012 January to 2014 March teeth in our hospital as observation objects with defect of dentition malformation patients,and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,39 cases in each group,The control group only subjected to repair treatment method, the treatment group used to repair the orthodontic therapy,the patients were observed recovery and patient satisfaction with treatment. Results the total effective rate in treatment group was 100%,39 cases achieved good therapeutic effect, significantly higher than the control group 94.8,with significant difference （P=0.024〈0.05）,but the number of cases markedly in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group （P=0.001）,with statistical differences due to treatment group;do the orthodontic and repair the two treatment, therefore in the recovery time was significantly longer than the control group （P=0.026〈0.05）;the treatment group patients satisfaction was 97.4%, higher than 84.6% in the control group, and the difference was significant （P=0.048〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined orthodontic and restorative treatment of dentition defect accompanied with the clinical application effect of dentognathic deformity significantly,is the treatment of dentition defect accompanied with comparatively ideal plan dentognathic deformity,is worth the clinical promotion and application.
