| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨断指再植术的术中护理配合。方法:对27例患者行断指再植手术时,做好充分的各项术前准备工作,术中医护密切配合,严密观察病情变化,保障了手术顺利完成。结果:27例患者45根行断指再植手术,成活32根,成活率约为93.3%。出院后0.5~2年进行随访,外形美观,功能尚可,患者满意。结论:做好术前准备、术中护理保证了手术的顺利进行,同时娴熟规范的的护理操作是手术成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the intraoperative care of the wounded finger to cooperate. Methods 27 cases of patients with replantation surgery,to make sufficient preoperative preparation, intraoperative care closely, observation patient＆#39;s condition carefully,to ensure the operation is completed.Results 27 patients 45 root replantation surgery, survival 32,the survival rate is about 93.3%.0.5- 2 years follow- up after discharge,beautiful shape,function and patients satisfaction. Conclusion Intraoperative care to ensure the operation smoothly, and adept normative nursing operation technology is the key to successful operation. |
