改良切开法重睑成形术56例临床观察

目的:探讨改良切开法重睑成形术的临床应用效果。方法:按传统切开法重睑术设计、切开及剪除一条睑板前眼轮匝肌,切口下唇去除部分轮匝肌,5-0可吸收线间断挂缝切口上唇皮下、下唇皮下及上睑提肌腱膜,使皮肤对合轻度内翻,形成重睑,组织胶水固定。结果:本组病例56例,随访3~12个月,重睑形态自然,切口处痕迹不明显。结论:经过改良的切开法重睑术,在保留切开法优点的同时切口处瘢痕不明显。

Clinical observation of the modified construction of double eyelid in 56 cases

Objective To investigate clinical significance of the modified construction of double eyelid. Methods To design and remove the lax section of upper eyelids with traditional method,and suture the front fascia of tarsus together with the hypodermis of upper and lower edge of incision by 5-0 absorbable suture,and fix with tissue glue. Results There were 56 cases in this group,followed-up for 3-12 months,the arch of double eyelid was smooth,the form was natural, and the cicatrix was not obvious. Conclusion The modified construction of double eyelid has one more advantage that cicatrix is not obvious than the traditional method.
