摘    要:目的:探讨同伴教育在注射吸毒人群干预工作中发挥的作用。方法对注射吸毒人群分组开展传统模式以及同伴教育干预工作,通过干预前后效果评估,比较两种干预模式效果差异。结果对比传统干预模式,同伴教育干预模式在降低共用注射器、提高安全套使用率,提高吸毒人群接受针具交换服务效果方面有显著性差异。结论在注射吸毒人群中开展同伴教育干预有利于取得更好的效果。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of peer education for injecting drug users in HIV infectious control. Methods The drug abusers were divided into two groups which were intervened by traditional model and the peer education model respec-tively. The effects were compared after both models then. Results Compared with the traditional intervention model,peer educa-tion intervention model was more effective on reducing syringe sharing,improving condom use and promoting acceptance on needle exchange services for drug users. Conclusion Peer education interventions among injecting drug users is better than traditional model.
